Susan Page White is a partner in Dickstein Shapiro’s Insurance Coverage Practice. Ms. White conducts an active trial practice, representing clients in complex insurance coverage matters, including bad faith, and other commercial and contract litigation matters. She represents corporations, including manufacturers, energy companies, telecommunication companies, software companies, pharmaceutical companies, Internet companies, hospitals, aerospace companies, investment companies, banks, and individuals, in a wide variety of insurance coverage matters.

She also provides insurance risk management advice to her clients with respect to policy procurement and renewals, which includes insurance policy audits of clients‘ policies and coverage, as well as audits of contracts that have insurance of indemnification implications. These insurance policy audits help to ensure that clients better understand and maximize their insurance coverages, which is especially important for D&O/E&O and property policies.
